Dr F.A (Larry) Ponnuthurai is a cardiologist in Moonee Ponds, Victoria. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a Fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand. He has been in practice since 1987 and has a special interest in coronary artery disease, heart valve disease and arrhythmias. He also has a special interest in preventive cardiology, including lifestyle modification, risk factor management and cardiac rehabilitation. He is a member of the Australian Cardiac Society, the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the American College of Cardiology. He is also a past president of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand.
