Dr Suren Jayaweera is a rheumatologist based in Canberra. He has a special interest in inflammatory and autoimmune rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis and gout. He has a particular interest in the management of early inflammatory arthritis and the use of biologic therapies. He is experienced in the use of ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of rheumatic diseases.
