Dr Hamish Philpott is a gastroenterologist in Adelaide. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and has a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome and functional gastrointestinal disorders. He is a consultant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and also consults at the Gastroenterology Clinic at Flinders . He has a particular interest in the management of inflammatory bowel disease and is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Inflammatory Bowel Disease Registry. He has published extensively in the field of gastroenterology and is an active member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia.
